SAN ANTONIO — Services for Floyd Marvin Burgess, 85, of Fredericksburg, who died Tuesday in a San Antonio hospital, will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg with the Rev. Larry Lacey officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Burgess was a former resident of Kerrville.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Kennamer Burgess of Fredericksburg; two sons and daughters-in-law, Floyd Ken and
Glenda Burgess of Allen and Frederick "Rickey" and Sharon Burgess of Kerrville; a daughter and son-in-law, Carol Lea and Randel Lee of Fredericksburg; a sister, Mrs. Ella Gregory of Kerrville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Schaetter Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is in charge of arrangements.
