He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Vienna, and was baptized at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Ashdown, Arkansas. Victor was a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) and attended Metro Business College at the time of his death.
Survivors include: his parents, Louis and Pat Richardson, Vienna; one brother, Todd Richardson, Wake Village, Texas; two sisters, Debbie Byrd, Vienna and Cheryl Ann O'Neal, Edmond, Oklahoma; three aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was conducted for Victor at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2005, at James Community Cemetery, Vienna.
Arrangements were made under the direction of the Vienna Chapel of the Birmgham-Martin Funeral Homes.
