Funeral services for Esther Edna Rau Heimbuck, 94, will be held on June 9, 2014, at the First Church of God in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Esther left us to be with the love of her life, Harry Heimbuck and their angels in Heaven on Tuesday June 3, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Scottsbluff. Burial will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. Esther was born on July 2, 1919, to Peter and Katarina Rau in Minatare, Nebraska where she attended Minatare Public Schools. She married Harry Heimbuck on April 6, 1940 at Harrisburg. To this union, two daughters were born, Sharon Kay, and LaDonna Faye. Esther and Harry started their business; Heimbuck's Cleaners, in 1949 and ran it until retirement in 1979. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, quilting, sewing, camping and fishing, but most of all spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Clinesmith (Roy) of Scottsbluff, Son-in-Law, Wayne Nyland of Gering; grandsons, Gordy Wolfe (Denise) of Corona, California, Jim Murray (Amy) of Scottsbluff, Doug Clinesmith of Lincoln, Darin Catron of Gering; granddaughters, Deann Dougherty (Doug) of Arvada, Colorado, Darla Ramirez of Scottsbluff; great grandchildren, Shayla Ramirez (Manuel Chavez), Colby Mendoza, LaTashia Ramirez, Emily Dougherty, Taylor Wolfe, Jamie Murray, Alecia Clinesmith, and Dominic Dougherty; great-great grandchildren, Romello and Zanizeah Chavez, Abbianna and Marcel Ramirez, Al'Xavier and Delia Mendoza. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Katarina, her husband, Harry, her daughter, LaDonna, brothers, Ed, Alec, and Leroy, sisters Violet, Elizabeth, Lilian, and Martha.
