Debra Ranee McNeely, 58, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away June 4, 2014. She was born January 10, 1956, in Mason County, WV, a daughter to the late Floyd Ray Fields and Elzanna Johnson Fields. She was a retired radiology technician from Pleasant Valley Hospital, and graduated from Wahama High School where she was a bandmember, and graduated from West Virginia University as a radiologist. She was also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Tom McNeely of Point Pleasant, and daughter Alex Young also of Point Pleasant, and brother Lyndon & (Peggy) Fields, sister Rebecca & (Wendell) Fields Chow, and aunt Virginia Gibbs Buckanon, and uncle Tom & (Barbara) Johnson. Several Nices and Nephews, and a host of friends that loved her and will miss her very much.
Funeral services will be held at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant on Sunday, June 8, 2014, at 2 PM, with Rev. James Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery in Flatrock, WV. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 12-2 PM prior to the service.
