Maryanne Campbell-Ritenour 86, of Mishawaka looked forward to meeting with Jesus Christ as she passed June 4, 2014

Born August 19, 1927 in Waterbury Connecticut to Paul and Clara (Parvis) Fuson, she lived most of her life in Mishawaka, Indiana. Maryanne graduated from Mishawaka High School in 1945 and went on to graduate from Bethel College with a teaching degree. She taught third grade at Emmons elementary school for over twenty years. Maryanne was active while worshipping at the College Park Missionary church in Mishawaka. She was an avid Cubs fan and enjoyed reading, Sudoku, daily devotions and talking about her grandchildren.

She married Ralph Campbell Jr., in 1948 and they raised three children until his death in 1987. She married Robert Ritenour in 1993. Robert preceded her in death in 2002.
She is survived by a son Roger (Anita) Campbell of Mishawaka and a daughter Kathi Trumpower of North Fort Myers Florida. A son Stephen (Adelle Dickie) Campbell preceded her in death. Surviving are grandchildren Kristel Venis and Mandy Gartlan of North Fort Myers, Scott and Kevin (Colleen) Campbell of Mishawaka, Brian Campbell of Elkhart Indiana, Caleb Campbell of Bremen Indiana and Melissa (Michael) Hullinger of Bremen. Also surviving are great grandchildren Ariel, Madison, Emily, Jordan, Sean, Colin, Connor, Zane, Brody, Morgan, Mazerick and one great-great grandson Aiden. She is also survived by a sister Ruth McCann of South Bend and numerous nieces and nephews.

Maryanne was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Paul Jr., one sister Sue and a son-in-law Mark Trumpower. Maryanne had a deep faith in God and served her family and friends religiously. She was very committed to her church and her faith. She leaves behind a loving family and many wonderful friends.

Bubb Funeral Chapel is handling funeral arrangements. Visitation will be held at the College Park Missionary Church Saturday at 10:00 am with funeral service following at 11:00 am at the church. Burial will take place following the funeral at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka.

The family would like to thank College Park Church and Hospice for all their loving care. Memorial contributions can be made to Bethel College or the College Park Missionary Church.
