Juanita "MeMa" Quesenberry, 87, died Friday, May, 30, 2014, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke with her children by her side.
She was born on June 13, 1926 to the late Cleophus and Ocie Dickerson in Carroll County. She was also preceded in death by four brothers; two sisters and her husband of 53 years, Arba Quesenberry.
Surviving are sons, Ron Quesenberry and Terry Quesenberry, both of Martinsville, and Stan Quesenberry of Patrick Springs.; daughter, Jan Stanford of Durham, N.C.; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Geneva Myers and Gaylene Quesenberry, both of Martinsville; and a half-brother, Jimmy Dickerson of Hillsville.
Per her wishes a private family graveside service is planned, officiated by her grandson, Daniel Quesenberry.
