COTUIT - Thomas W. Aselton, 59, of Cotuit died Monday in Falmouth Hospital.

He leaves his wife, Joan L. (Muise) Aselton; two sons, Timothy J. Aselton of Orleans and Thomas W. Aselton of Gilford, N.H.; a daughter, Kathleen J. Tynan of Marstons Mills; two brothers, John Aselton of Chebalis, Wash., and Carl Aselton of Milbridge, Maine; and three grandchildren.

A son, Michael K. Aselton, died in 1983.

He was born in Hartford, Conn., and had previously lived in the Worcester area and later in Wilbraham before moving to Cotuit in 1973.

He graduated from Holy Cross College, Worcester.

Mr. Aselton was a representative for All Temp Conveyor Inc.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Wianno Avenue, Osterville.

Burial will be in Mosswood Cemetery.

Calling hours at John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Road (Route 28), Marstons Mills, are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
