Marguerite Jane Nielsen, 80, of 152 Tiki Walk, Long Beach, Calif., formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1991, in California.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Stricklin/Snively Mortuary Chapel, Long Beach. Burial is in Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.

The former Marquerite Livingston was born Jan. 21, 1911, in Illinois, the daughter of Oliver P. and Amelia Jane Weber Livingston.
Mrs. Nielsen was a switchboard operator for Moline City Hall for many years.
She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline.
Survivors include a daughter, Judith MacAulay, Rossland, B.C., Canada; a son, Clyde A. Nielsen, Flower Mound, Texas; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Miss Marguerite Livingston, daughter of Mrs. Amelia Livingston, 2009 Sixteenth street, Moline, and Clyde Nielson son of Mrs. Catherine Nielson, 529 Fifth avenue, Moline, were married at 7 p.m. yesterday at the parsonage of the Wesley Methodist church, Moline, in the company of immediate relatives. Rev. Walter B. Theobald, pastor of the church, performed the service. There were no attendants.
Mrs. Nielson attended schools in Moline and has recently been employed as a telephone operator at the Fort Armstrong Hotel, Rock Island. Mr. Nielsen is a clerk.
