Loretta Faye Stevens, age 59, resident of Coweta, OK passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 4, 2014 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.

She was born on December 6, 1954 in Broken Arrow, OK and was the daughter of Gary and Bessie (Cunningham) Kilgore. Loretta was a graduate of Porter High School.

She and Charles Stevens were united in marriage on January 8, 1972 in Coweta, OK.

Loretta was a homemaker for most of her life. She enjoyed doing yard work, garage saling, taking road trips with her husband and she loved taking care of her grandkids.

Loretta is survived by her husband of 42 years, Charlie Stevens of the home in Coweta, OK; 1 son, Mac Stevens and wife, Amy, of Coweta, OK;

4 brothers, Will Kilgore of Coweta, OK, Dave Kilgore of Coweta, OK, Gary Wayne Kilgore and wife, Bambi, of Oologah, OK and Jack Kilgore of Porter, OK;

2 sisters, Belle Sisco and husband, Tommy, of Wagoner, OK and Mildred Gilbert and husband, Willie, of Haskell, OK;

3 grandchildren, Krislyn Taylor, Zane Stevens and Cole Stevens; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Loretta was preceded in death her parents, Gary and Bessie Kilgore, her daughter, Jane Ann Taylor, two brothers, Ed Kilgore and Fred Kilgore and one sister, Nellie Arnold.

The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, June 5, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 pm Friday, June 6, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Rev. David Jones officiating.

Burial will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK.

Pallbearers are Will Kilgore, Dave Kilgore, Gary Wayne Kilgore, Jack Kilgore, Tommy Kilgore and Lynn Kilgore.
