Obituary - Racine Journal Times - January 10, 1944

Bendick J. Bendickson

Bendick J. Bendickson, 86, retired storekeeper at Wind Lake, died Saturday at his home. He was born Jan. 25, 1958, in North Cape, and lived at Wind Lake most of his life.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clara Drephal of Milwaukee and Mrs. Malla Bruesser of Wind Lake; one son, Magnus Bendickson of Racine; three brothers, Hans, Oscar and Edwin Bendickson; one sister, Mrs. Stratton, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Norway-Muskego church, with Rev. H. Jahren officiating. Burial will be in the Norway Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the Mealy funeral home in Waterford until Wednesday noon, when the body will be taken to lie in state in the church until time of services.
