Glenda Aline Corrick Ryan, daughter of the late Gerald E. Corrick and Verlo Stewart Corrick Burton was born on March 7, 1942, in Cullman Alabama, and died on March 6, 2014, at Springhill Hospital, Mobile Alabama, at the age of 71. Her cremation arrangements are being handled by Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Melvin Cortez Ryan, step father Swan Burton, sister Delorice Jean Corrick, brother John V. Burton, and granddaughter Sfejya Lanier.
She is survived by her daughter Carleen Lanier of Mobile AL, son Stephen Ryan of Cullman AL, grandsons Ronnie Ryan and family, Thorir Volden and family, granddaughter Shannon Lanier all of Mobile, brother Edward (Vicki) Corrick of Cullman AL, step children Harold Ryan, Robert Ryan, Shirley Ryan, all of Texas. And a host of nieces and nephews.
Glenda is not buried in this cemetery. A "Loving Memory" headstone was placed near her parents.
