Franklin Roosevelt Graham, 81, of Boise, Idaho, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2014. Franklin was born in Boise, Idaho, March 4, 1933 to The Rev. Thomas P. and Lynnie (Passmore) Graham.
Franklin served 4 years in the US Air Force and then in the Idaho Air National Guard. He was a Mason for 50 years and retired from Idaho Power Company after many years in the drafting department. He was an avid Idaho Outdoors Man and a staunch BSU Bronco fan.
Franklin is survived by companion, Dorothy Jones; his children, Glen Alan Graham; The Rev. Deborah "Debbie" M. Graham (Teresa Wood); and SGT Patrick M. Graham (LaRae); his brother, LTG (Ret.) Charles P. Graham; 6 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert B. Graham; and his wife, Ellie.
A viewing will be from 6 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Summers Funeral Home, 1205 W Bannock St., Boise, Idaho. Funeral services will be at 9 AM, Thursday, June 5, 2014 at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 2206 N Cole Road, Boise, Idaho. Interment will follow at Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 Horseshoe Bend Rd, Boise, ID.
