Tamara Nichole Johnson was born on September 8, 1993 to loving parents in Flint, Michigan. At the age of 8 Tamara was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It was then apparent Tamara had been born a fighter. Tamara endured five rounds of chemo throughout her lifetime to battle her cancer.
Tamara was a member of the Fenton High School graduating class of 2011.
When she was unable to walk for her high school graduation, a friend pushed her in a wheelchair so she could receive her diploma.
She loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding therapeutic horses as a way of getting outside without putting stress on her feet. Family and friends describe her as loving, caring and loved by everyone.
Tamara leaves behind her parents, four sisters and five nephews, family and friends to cherish her memory and honor her fighting spirit.
