The untimely end of Mr. McCaffrey was brought about by a vicious attack on the driveway leading to his beautiful home, early on Easter Sunday morning. While not solved as yet, the police have made an arrest and believe they are on the track of the person or persons who caused the injuries which proved fatal.
The widow, accompanied by her two sons, Hugh Jr. and Joseph McCaffrey, have the sympathy of the entire city in this their hour of sorrow.
