Victor was a Gladwin County resident for 20 years. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Union Local 12075. He married Rose Mary (Gower) Collins, Jan. 30, 1957 in Flint.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Collins of Beaverton, his children, Victor Dean Collins of Beaverton, Corrine Arft of Beaverton, Rodney and Victoria Maxson of Beaverton and Darlene Tomczak of Midland; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers; and four sisters. Victor was predeceased by his parents; two sisters; and one brother.
According to the wishes of the family, cremation will take place. Arrangements were made by the Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin. www.hall-kokotovichfuneralhome.com.
