He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and served proudly with 20 years service, retired from Potlatch Corporation, was a 32nd. degree Mason, was a founding member of the Bradley County Veterans Museum and a Baptist.
Surviving is his wife Mary Joyce Baker Mullins whom he married August 31, 1958. 1 son Joe Steven Mullins and spouse Robbi, Camden, AR. 1 daughter Connie Lynn Stevens and spouse Dennis, Baton Rouge, LA. 3 grandchildren Amanda Green, Ryan Mullins, Austin Mullins and 2 great-grandchild Madison Green and Ava Green.
Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 5, at Frazer's Chapel.
Burial with flag presentation at Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home.
