Mrs. Estella A. Bale Brague, age 91, of Coleman and formerly of Johannesburg, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2008 at Mid-Michigan Health Center in Gladwin.
Mrs. Brague was born in Hallock on April 11, 1917, the daughter of Robert H. and Lulu Agnes (Adkins) Delaney. She had lived in Johannesburg most of her life and was a cook at the Johannesburg school. In 1963 she moved to Flushing and later moved to Coleman/Gladwin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Bale; her husband, Charles Brague; her sisters and brothers; and her grandson, Steven.
She is survived by two sons, Duane Bale of Johannesburg and Robert Bale of Chesaning; one daughter, Carolyn Lee of Flushing; and four grandchildren, Sheryl Bivins of New Lothrop, Susan Bale of Chesaning, Robert Bale of Ovid and Scott Lee of Florida. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, Jessica, John, Mary, Anna and Joey; and was the great-great grandmother to Scott and Julianna.
