MR. LAMB
LANETT -- Mr. Mark Lamb, 37, of Lanett died Thursday, April 4, 2002 at George H. Lanier Memorial Hospital in Valley.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 6 at 2 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Revs. Olen Hutchins and Donald DeLee officiating. Burial will follow in LaFayette City Cemetery.
Mr. Lamb is survived by his mother, Mrs. Maye Lamb of Lanett; his son, Luke Thompson of LaGrange; two sisters, Debra (Dwight) Walters of Montgomery, Ala., and Denise (Johnny) Maddox of Dothan, Ala., a brother, Ed (Denise) Lamb of LaFayette; and seven nieces and nephews.
Born Oct. 25, 1964 in LaFayette, Mr. Lamb was a truck driver and was employed with the Vaughn Trucking Co. in LaGrange. He was the son of the late Billy Lamb.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
His family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
