Succumbs Sunday
Funeral services for W. Pratt Turner, 70, retired road foreman for Ward 3, were to be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Green-Kleinegger Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. H.B. Bass, pastor of Beach Springs Baptist church officiating, assisted by the Rev. Paul Cassels.
Interment was to be in the Minden cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Minden, Mr. Turner died Sunday at 5:10 a.m. in the Minden Sanitarium.
He is survived by his widow, of Minden, four nephews and one niece.
