Stearns (Danny), Lorrie B. Tugwell (Terry), and Cindy B. Spargur; sisters, Wanda Ross, Gail Griffin, Loretta Harrell and Retha Pender; brothers, Carson Penley, Terry Penley, Larry Penley, Dale Penley, James Penley and Mike Penley; seven grandchildren, Eric Pulliam, Adam Pulliam, David Smith, Charlie Tugwell, Terren Reel, aaron Spargur and Jordan Spargur; four great-grandchildren, Ava Pulliam, Haleigh Tugwell, Jacob Reel and Emilee Reel; and an extended family of relatives and friends.
