Vincent A. "papa" Chiaradonna Sr. of Brookfield, NH formerly of Lynn, Massachusetts died suddenly January 6, 2004 in Port Charlotte Florida.

Born July 21, 1916, in Swampscott, Massachusetts the son of the late Alphonso and Matilda (Zivella) Chiardonna.

He had worked at the U.S. Naval Shipyard in Charlestown, Massachusetts and had been a proprietor of a mason construction contracting business for over 30 years.

A lifelong Lynn, Massachusetts resident he moved to Brookfield, New Hampshire in 1986. A member of the Knights of Columbus Vallidoid #60 of Lynn, Massachusetts, and a member of several square dancing clubs, a parishoner at St. Anthony's Church in sanbornville, New Hampshire.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years of marriage: Felicina (Basile) Chiaradonna of Brookfield, New Hampshire, a Son: Vincent A. Chiaradonna Jr. and his wife Cherrie Chiaradonna of Wakefield, New Hampshire, a daughter: Dr. Janice F. Chiaradonna of Lynn, Massachusetts, 2 brothers: Alphonso Jr. of Lynn, Massachusetts, Valentino of Peabody, Massachusetts, 2 Sisters: Joanna of Tilton, NH and Rosie of Lynn, Massachusetts, 5 Grandchildren: Juleen, Stefanie, Suzanne, Vanessa, and Jake, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday January 13, 2004 at the C.E. Peaslee & Son Funeral Home 2079 Wakefield road in Sanbornville, New Hampshire. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 14, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's church in sanbornville, New Hampshire.Father Edmund A Babicz as celebrant. Burial will be in the spring at the Mount Calvary Cemetery.
