A Holman ambulance went to St Joseph Tuesday morning for the body.
Funeral services were at White Oak Pond Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday conducted by Rev Nathan Copeland, pastor of the Lebanon Christian Church. Burial was in the White Oak Pond Cemetery.
Mrs. Dickens was preceded in death by her husband, J E Dickens. The family lived for many years in the Brownfield vicinity. Mrs. Dickens had spent the last two years in the Price home in St Joseph.
Besides Mrs. Price she leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Izza Thomas, Falcon, and Mrs. Grace Morris, Kansas City, and five sons, J A Dickens and Earl Dickens, both of Brownfield, Nile Dickens, Lebanon, Roy Dickens and Otto Dickens both of Sulpulpa Oklahoma. (30 Apr 1948)
