Connie Y. Winters, age 53, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2014. Survived by her loving husband, Mike; parents, William and Jessie Smith; four children, Justin, Hunter, Keri and Allison; sister, Tammy Paulin; brothers, Randy (Shannon) Smith and Brad Smith; brothers-in law, Jacky and Sam (Julie) Winters. Connie received her bachelor's degree from U.T. Knoxville and her master's degree from Trevecca. She was a member of Hermitage United Methodist Church and a teacher at the Tennessee School for the Blind. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Hermitage United Methodist Church with Pastor Allen Black officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the Church.
