Leo R. "Jim" Harris, Evansville, WI. passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital, Sunday May 25, 2014 surrounded by his loved ones. Jim was born in Browning Montana February 13, 1925 to Josie and Leo Harris. He proudly served in the Navy Submarines during World War II and had the Privilege to participate in the Honor Flight to Washington D.C. in 2012. He was a dairyman for most of his life, having four years of veterinary school. His first marriage was to Frances Olson. She passed away in 1968. In 1969 he married his second wife. He enjoyed all sports, played many musical instruments, but most of all loved spending time with his family. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Jim is survived by his wife of 45 years; two daughters; many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he truly adored. He is also survived by his sister. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother Leonard "Jerry", 3 additional brothers, 3 sisters and 5 half sisters; Son Jamie, step son Jeffrey Schneider, and daughter Barbara Gilbert.
