Terri Ann Anderson, 56, passed away in Peoria on May 31, 2014.
Terri was born in Peoria on August 8, 1957 to Jay and Patricia (Etherton) Hulick.
She is survived by three sons; Daniel (Melissa) Condre of Bartonville, IL, David Condre of Bartonville, IL and Matthew Anderson of Peoria, IL, Grandchildren; Anthony, Jadan, Aiden, Alyssa, and Riley; Father; Jay (Janice) Hulick of East Peoria, IL; Sister; Abby (Bobby) Humbles of Dunlap, IL, and several nieces, nephews and many other extended family members.
She is preceded in death by her Mother and Step Father, Patricia and Fred Etherton.
Terri was an Office Manager for State Farm Insurance. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday June 10, 2014 at Davison-Fulton-Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Rev. Jack Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be held Monday June 9, 2014 from 4 – 7:00 PM.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
