On July 3, 1969, she married Cletis Ray Ball, in Marlow.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerrell Armstrong; her mother-in-law, Bonnie Ball; a sister-in-law, Neva Sue; and a brother-in-law, Budrou Gibson.
Survivors in addition to her husband, Cletis, of the home include; two sons and daughters-in-law, Casey and Shanna Ball of Baton Rouge, LA, and J.J. and Janie Ball of Marlow; her mother, LaRue Armstrong of Marlow; and six grandchildren.
Other survivors include, a brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Joy Armstrong of Tuttle; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Danine Hazen and Scott Woods of Duncan, and Estelle and Steve Saunders of Houston, Texas; father-in-law, Cletis E. Ball of Marlow; two sisters-in-law, Janice and James Underwood of Edmond and Betty Hammond of Yukon; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial was held in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home.
