Erin was born in Woodbury, NJ and lived in Mantua most of her life. She was a graduate of the Class of 2000 at Clearview Regional High School.
Daughter of Elizabeth(nee Nelson) and Jerry Lewis, she is also survived by 3 brothers; Jason, Jeff and Billy; one sister, Lauren; maternal grandparents Elizabeth and William Nelson; paternal grandparents Mae and John Lewis; many aunts, uncles and their families and her special friend Blaze.
