Henry Forrest Bartlett, 79, of Epworth, Ga., passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 1994, in the Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge. Born in Cordele, Ga., he was a son of the late James T. and Dora E. Bartlett. He was a member of Elder Jehovah's Witnesses in Blue Ridge and was a WWII veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jewel Willis Bartlett of the home; one son Forrest Bartlett Jr. of Unadilla, GA.; 2 daughters Marita Faye Nipper of Cordele, Ga., and Jackie ___varodiaz of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.; 3 brothers, _____ Bartlett, Emory Bartlett, and Hewlett Bartlett, all of Cordele, Ga.; 2 sisters, Mattie Raines and Agnes Burge, both of Cordele, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
A memorial service was conducted Sat., Dec. 31, 1994, at 3 p.m. at the Jehovah's Witness Church in Blue Ridge.
