90-year-old Fairfield resident, H. Robert "Bob" Moore died Wednesday, May 28 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. A U.S. Army veteran of WW II, he worked as an oilfield supply salesman for American Pump and Supply. After retirement, he worked part time at NAPA Auto Parts and later worked part time at the Fairfield Country Club for 15 years.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Moore of Fairfield; his mother-in-law, Beverly Downs of Fairfield; two brothers-in-law, Tom Downs and Dennis and Dian Downs of Fairfield.
