Funeral services will be conducted at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel at 8801 Mansfield Road for Mrs. Clyde H. Adger, 94, of Shreveport, at 2 p.m. Thursday August 7. The Rev. Don McDowell, of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, will officiate, assisted by Dr. N. O. Pugh, minister for senior adults at First Baptist Church. Interment: Centuries Memorial Park.

Mrs. Adger entered into rest Tuesday August 5, 1986, at Highland Hospital. She was a charter member of Linda Lay Memorial Baptist Church at Gilliam, LA She had been a resident at Pierremont Heritage Nursing Home for the past 11 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas P. Adger, a son, James H. Adger, and a daughter, Mary Adger.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Agnes (Forrest) M. Conley of Shreveport; one son, Robert E. Adger of Fairhope, Ala.; two sisters, Ruth Dexter and Mary H. Polk, of Plain Dealing, LA; one brother, Charles Herndon of McAllen, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers: Robert E. Adger, Jr., Tom C. Adger, James H. Adger, Jr., Will V. Adger, John G. Adger, Lane S. Adger, Anderson K. Adger, Forrest M. Conley, Jr., Thomas W. Conley.
