John E. Oldham died in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 28, 2014.

He was born September 19, 1924 in Paradise, Cache County, Utah.

He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. After his service, he moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and lived there until his death.

John is survived by his children, Michael (Kay) Oldham, Patricia (Bryant) Furness, Richard (Debbie) Oldham, and Douglas Oldham; ten grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.

The family expresses sincere appreciation for the care and friendship given to dad by his physician and friend, John Luras, M.D., and staff. Also, gratitude for the love, compassion, and service shown by the staff of Beehive Home in West Jordan.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Paradise Cemetery in Paradise, Utah.
