Dean Kenneth Anderson, 67, a 27 year Red Bank resident died peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2014 after a brief illness. Dean was born in Montpelier, ID to Lyndon and Clarissie (Orchard) Anderson. Prior to moving to Red Bank, Dean spent a good portion of his life in Lawton, OK. He earned his bachelor's degree and Masters of Theology from Idaho State University. He retired from K. Hovnanian Enterprises as an IT specialist. Dean was a dedicated thespian and spent his happiest hours with The Monmouth Players theater group with friends and family, traveling and enjoying theater and life. Dean was an avid reader and a wise and gentle person.
He is predeceased by his parents.
Dean is survived by his only brother, Terry Lynn Anderson and his wife Nancy of Lawton, OK, nieces; Wendy Anderson and husband Tony Suda of Colorado Spring, CO and Janice Anderson and husband Gregg Lambert of Houston, TX, nephews; Christopher Anderson and his wife Rayna of Huntsville, AL, Michael Anderson and wife Linda Mayes of Lawton, OK and Samuel Lewis and wife Ashley Geiger also of Lawton, OK, and several great-nieces and nephews.
All services were held in NJ.
