He is also survived by (2) grandchildren ans (3) G-grandchildren; and (2) sisters, Shirley Banks and Phyllis McKeown, both of Galesburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and (1) sister, Deloris Swank.
He attended Knoxville High School. He worked for Purington Brick Yards of East Galesburg and then worked construction for the union. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
