Aprill L. Huebner, age 63, of Manitowoc, was taken into God's arms on Saturday May 24, 2014 from Shady Lane Nursing Care Center of Manitowoc.
Aprill was born on April 18, 1951 in Manitowoc daughter of the late Roy and Marion (Heide) Raether. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church and the Kickin Country Line Dancers. Aprill was a country line dancing instructor for eighteen years, enjoyed working as a DJ and training dogs and horses.
She is survived by six children: Kim (Patrick) Mickle, Reedsville; Heidi Huebner, Manitowoc; Gretchen O'Leary, New Holstein; Kelli Huebner, Manitowoc; Jenna Huebner, Manitowoc; Ryan (Heather) Huebner, Manitowoc; six grandchildren: Zachary, Trevor and Megan Mickle, Reedsville; Allyssa Bertschy, Manitowoc; Trenton and Lauren O'Leary, New Holstein; one sister: Gaylene Raether, Manitowoc; special uncle: Lyle Heide, Manitowoc; family friend: John Karnofsky, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Roy and Marion; and one sister: Rayanne Corbeil.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Brother Ron Perry will officiate. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at Jens Family Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. Memorials can be made in Aprill's name to the Lakeshore Humane Society.
