Survivors include daughter, Sophie Walker of Vicksburg, MS; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Morris; son, Tommy E. Morris; and daughter, Juanice Spicher.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Morris, Glassell Morris, Leo Coleman, Ralph Green, Rochelle Morris and Wayne Yeates.
Mrs. Morris was a former resident of Epps. She was a member of the Old Midway Baptist Church.
Any planned memorials may be made to the Old Midway Cemetery Fund, Doris Morris, 135 Hwy 877, Epps, LA 71237.
Visitation was Sunday from 3 until 5 PM. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, October 28, 2002 at Cox Funeral Chapel in Delhi, LA with Rev. Kenneth King officiating. Interment will be in Faith Memorial Park Cemetery, Delhi, LA.
