Chris Berry, son of Jeff and Donna Berry of Wappapello, Missouri and Robin King Berry and Paul Suver of Dexter was born on March 31, 1978 in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on May 26, 2014 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 36 years.
Chris was a full time student at Southeast Missouri University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Chris loved music and hanging out with family and friends. He was a former resident of Dexter currently living in Cape.
Besides his father and step-mother Jeff and Donna Berry; mother, Robyn Berry and her fiancé Paul Suver, other survivors include one sister, Chelsey Berry of Dexter; and his companion Brandy "Pinkie" Thompson of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Therman and Norma King; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Maxine Berry; and by one aunt, Tanya King.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in the Oakridge Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
