Dugger, Patricia (Briscoe) passed away on her 69th bday, May 24, 2014. Pat graduated from Columbia Heights HS, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Hamline University, and had a successful career as an HR Manager. After retiring in CA from Chinet Corp., she moved to NV and continued to work with her loving husband on their mining equipment co. Pat enjoyed many new experiences with her family while traveling throughout the U.S and world. Preceded in death by husband, Chuck Dugger, and parents (Lucille & Charles). Survived by daughter, Allison (husband Tim, their children Steven, Ava & Kaitlyn, her father, Ken Jensen); siblings, Tom (Josefina, Godchild: Sandra), & Chuck (Cindy); best friend, Connie (Ken); and many relatives and dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4030 Jackson St NE Col. Hts.Interment at St. Anthony Cemetery. Pat will be greatly missed by all.
