Ronald "Duke" Ducat, age 64, of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 29, 2001, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2001, at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc. Sister Jean Herman will officiate with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Ronald was born March 30, 1937, at Manitowoc, son of the late Emil J. Ducat Sr. and Emilie M. Kowalski. He grew up and was educated in Manitowoc. Ronald served for 10 years in the National Guard. He worked for Eck Industries for 30 years until his retirement in 1995. He married Sylvia J. Krummel on Feb. 13, 1960 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Stangelville. He and his wife moved to Two Rivers in 1981. He was an avid Packer fan since the age of 15 and also enjoyed hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Lynette Ducat; and a sister, Shirley Kuik.
