Chris Theodore, 81, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Cumberland House in Crossville, TN. A memorial mass was held Monday, June 18, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with Father Dowling officiating.
He was born June 25, 1930, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Stephen and Constance (Gogo) Theodore.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Toni Rich.
Mr. Theodore was retired from Wayne-Westland Community Schools were he was an admired teacher and coach for more than 36 years. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. His love was basketball. In college he played for Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Chris was a man of integrity who foremost loved his family. He lived a wonderful life and had an impact on many lives. He will be sorely missed.
