Neylon E. Keathley, 92, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2006.
Born June 24, 1913, in Mt. Vernon, a son of the late Casto and Tommye (Henry) Keathley, he was a farmer, carpenter, and a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Estelle (Martin) Keathley; a daughter, Glynda B. Clemments of Conway; a son, Gary Keathley of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Michelle South, Sean Keathley, Lisa Winter, and Lynn Keathley; and one great-granddaughter, Kaylyn Winter.
He was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Tommye B. Keathley, a sister, Amelia Bell, and a brother, Cletus Keathley.
Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Vernon Cemetery with Rev. Bert Powell officiating.
Visitation is Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
