Joshua Ray Witt, age 32, of East St. Catherine St. in Louisville passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, after a long illness. He was born March 26, 1982 in Madison County and was the son of David Alan and Donna Carol Noland Witt. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Louisville. He enjoyed playing golf and excelled in sports for many years. Cooking was his talent and passion. He used that passion to serve and cook in the kitchen at Jefferson Baptist Center of Louisville for the past year. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. Survivors in addition to his father and mother include:

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Ray and Beulah Noland and Estill Witt and1 brother, Gabriel Witt.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 25, 3 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. J.C. Tyson and Bro. Rob Steinbrook. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Friends may call after 1 PM Sunday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
