Ronald L. Reed, age 65, of Lily Road, London, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was the father of Wendy Reed Thomas of Louisville, Kentucky, and Chris Reed of Mt. Washington, Kentucky. The brother of Deborah Barker of Lily, Kentucky, and Stanley M. Reed of Baker, Florida.He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Bessie (Brock) Reed; by three brothers, Clifford Bruce Reed, Donald L. Reed, and Stephen John Reed; by one sister, Wanda Barker; by one great grandchild, Sebastin Martin. Funeral services for Ronald L. Reed will be conducted Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with John Sergent officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens with the local DAV in charge of military honors. The family of Ronald L. Reed will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 1:30 p.m. until service time on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.
