Anna L. Allison, 83, of Pine Grove, passed away Friday at Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.
Born on Dec. 18, 1930, in Pine Grove Township, she was a daughter of the late George and Mabel Knapp Rumpf.
She was a graduate of the Tremont Township School and had been employed as a sewing machine operator for the former Fox-Knapp Manufacturing Co. in Pine Grove.
Anna was a member of the Echo Valley Grace Brethren Church, Tremont.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elvin Schneck, on Sept. 1, 1964; second husband, Cyril W. Allison, on June 9, 1991; and sister, June Strausser.
Surviving are two daughters, Louise Miller and Jane, wife of Charles Barry; a son, Gerald Schneck, all of Pine Grove; 13 grandchildren, Andrea Haines, James Tobias, Derek Tobias, Nicole Stewart, Shannon Schneck, Amy Wolfe, Cody Barry, Kris Strausser, Stacey Cooper, Jeff Adams, Robert Adams, Keith Adams and Tanya Steffie; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Shirley Lehman and Grace Rumpf, both of Pine Grove, and Josephine Smolkis, New Jersey; and three brothers, Robert Rumpf, Minersville, Paul Rumpf and Carl "Skip" Rumpf, both of Pine Grove.
Services were be held from H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove. Interment in Hetzel's Cemetery, Pine Grove.
