Darrlene Jean Bryan, 63, a resident of Russellville, died Monday, December 14, 2009, at her home.

She was born June 5, 1946, at Ontario, Oregon to William and Jeannie Irene Anderson Houser. She was a member of The Pentecostals of Russellville and enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ronald Houser; an infant grandson, Charles Martin; a step-brother, Bob Reese.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Johnny Bryan of Russellville; two sons, Jonathan and Raymond Bryan, both of Russellville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Randy Reeves of Quitman and Melinda and Thomas Wedge of Russellville; a brother, Bill Houser of Fresno, California; two sisters, Susan Houser and Rosie Whitmark, both of Washington State; a half-brother, John Houser of Rogers; two step-brothers, Vernon and Jessie Reese, both of Rogers; a step-sister, Rosie Lee Ely of California; and seven grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Dalton, Wesley, and William Bryan, and Bethany and Amberly Reeves.

There will be a family conducted memorial service at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at The Pentecostals of Russellville on Marina Road with the Rev. Tony Reynolds and the Rev. Josh Reynolds officiating. Burial will be private in Louisiana.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jordan Bryan, Raymond Bryan, Jonathan Bryan, Thomas Wedge, Randy Reeves, Bucky Curry, James Bryan, and Dwin Bryan.

Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
