Blanche Imhoff, age 93, of Murphysboro, passed away at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at the Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County in Murphysboro, IL.
Blanche was born on November 16, 1913, in Murphysboro, to Ben Evans and Bena (Perschbacher) Evans. She had retired as a fancy stitcher from the former Brown Shoe Company in Murphysboro.
Mrs. Imhoff was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Murphysboro. She loved to be outside and feed the hummingbirds.
Blanche married Monte Imhoff on October 7, 1939, in Jackson, MO, and he preceded her in death on July 22, 1966.
