Son of Mr. and Mrs. Lauro Blanco, 3821 Montana St., El Paso, Texas.
AC Javier Blanco, was born on March 8, 1926; studied at the Texas College of Mines; volunteered for service in the A.A.F. on June 21, 1944, at El Paso, receiving instruction at Amarillo and Marfa Army Air Fields in Texas. His training period was not completed, and he was discharged on 1st day of November, 1945, before going overseas.
