Frank Russell Hart, age 74, of Taylor Mill, KY, died on May 3, 2014, at his residence. He was a self-employed photographer, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a member of the Marshall-Schildmeyer V.F.W. Post in Latonia, KY. He is survived by his two sisters, Donna Hart Reid and Barrie Hart Froiese. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown, KY.
