AIKEN -- Mr. David Wister Howe Jr., 46, of 1779 Hatchaway Bridge Road died Friday, Dec. 30, 2005. The funeral was Jan. 7 at St. Andrews Methodist Church in Orangeburg, with the Rev. Will Brown and Tommy Knotts officiating. Burial was at Hickory Grove Cemetery. Mr. Howe was a son of Mary Jean Sherer Howe of Orangeburg and the late David W. Howe Sr. He was a graduate of Clemson University and was employed with Aiken County Soil Conservation Service as a District Conservationist for Natural Resources. Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughter, Anna Justine Clark of Aiken; and his sister, Charlene Mullins of Orangeburg. Memorials may be made to St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 1980 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, SC 29115; or to a charity of one's choice.
