Lucille was born June 11, 1921 at Rudy, AR, the daughter of James and Martha (Harris) Stills and died Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Muskogee. She married Lester Rouse on October 4, 1947 in Wagoner, OK. She was a member of Church Central, and retired from the Oklahoma School for the Blind. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel in Muskogee with Brother Larry Ford officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery.
