Emporia, Kan. - Funeral services for Leonard Ball were held on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at Sacred Heart Church in Emporia, Kan. He died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, in Emporia. Leonard was born Jan. 31, 1917, to Frank and Bertha Quandahl Ball near Ferney, S.D. Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Ann Schweitzer; brother, Henry; and sister, Lenora Dingsor.
